National Night Out is Tuesday in Knox County

National Night Out will be celebrated in a number of Knox County neighborhoods on Tuesday, October 3.  It’s traditionally a night for neighborhood watch groups and law enforcement to meet, socialize and let residents know that the Knox County Sheriff’s Office encourage their efforts to make their neighborhoods safer.

The KCSO helicopter will be flying over the participating neighborhoods and patrol officers, K-9s, motorcycles, and officers from the various teams will also be visiting neighborhoods.

Most events will be from 5-7:30 and will have food and drinks.   Here is a list of subdivisions participating:

Benington Subdivision, behind Blue Grass Elementary School

Morgan Place Subdivision, off Guinn Road

Cottington Court, off Northshore in Ebenezer Area

Valleybrook/Hilldale Drive, Copper Ridge Road off West Emory Road

Westbrooke Condos, off Bob Kirby Road

Trails End Subdivision, off Midddlebrook Pike behind Food City

Pleasant Hill Road Area, Carter area off Andrew Jonson Highway

Nicholas Landing, near Bob Kirby Road

Broadacres Subdivision, Powell, off W. Emory Rd.

Gettysvue Magnolia Villas, 9221 Putters Way (this is also for Heron's Point)

Chestnut Hill Subdivision, Rocky Hill Area off Wallace Rd.

Lovell Hills, off Canton Hollow Rd.

Concord Villas Condos, off Loop Rd., Farragut

Choto Estates, S. Northshore off Choto Rd.
