KCSO Charges Man with Indecent Exposure, Asks More Victims to Come Forward

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office charged a Knoxville man with indecent exposure this afternoon, and is asking for additional victims to come forward. 37-year-old Scott Taylor, already in custody on KPD charges for indecent exposure, engaging in sexual activity with intent to have a minor view, and simple possession, is accused of exposing himself at Five Below, located at 11018 Parkside Drive, on December 14, 2017. The victim recognized him from a previous encounter that took place at the store on December 5, 2017. The KCSO is asking for additional victims to contact the department at (865) 215-2243.

Taylor has a criminal history in Knox County of simple possession/casual exchange, driving under the influence, assault, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, evading arrest, multiple traffic offenses, and domestic assault. He is being held in the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility on a combined $13,000 bond.
