KCSO SCHOOL PATROL

The School Patrol Unit is responsible for covering 41 schools within Knox County. Officers are protecting and monitoring their assigned school each day. The officers interact with both staff and students. This interaction helps students develop a rapport with the officers and help form trust. This trust has led to the prevention of many serious crimes. Your children are very important to us!

During the summer months, this division joins the Patrol Division to assist in answering calls for service and increasing patrols in neighborhoods and around businesses throughout Knox County.
