Traffic Unit

The KCSO Traffic Unit assembles together highly trained and skilled automobile and motorbike operators to monitor traffic issues in Knox County.

KCSO TRAFFIC UNIT

The Traffic Unit is a specialized part of the Patrol Unit. Traffic Officers are responsible for traffic enforcement and vehicle accident reporting and investigations. These units have the capacity of using motorcycles, marked and unmarked vehicles. They specifically target aggressive or distracted drivers.
