As you know, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) is investigating today’s Officer Involved Shooting.  I wanted to reach out to the Families who have suffered great loss today, to the victim who is hospitalized, to the employees and everyone at Pilot Corporation, to Police, Fire and EMSand to the citizens of Knox County.
I want each of you to know that as always, your safety as well as the safety of our KCSO family is my primary concern.  I’m asking that the public join me in praying for all of those who lost a loved one today, for the victim that remains in the hospital, for my Deputies and all of the First Responders. May God bless each of you and may God bless Knox County.
