Sheriff Tom Spangler, Chief Deputy Bernie Lyon, and Chief of Patrol Matt Evans want to congratulate Knox County Sheriff’s Office’s newest FTO graduates. These men have completed the requirements to become field training officers. Knox County appreciates your willingness to take on additional responsibilities and share your knowledge with new officers.
“I believe field training officers profoundly impact a new officer’s success. Their knowledge and willingness to teach those coming after them provide a solid foundation. We are thankful for these new FTOs and look forward to the future.”
-Tom Spangler, Sheriff
