Uriel Ernesto Rivera plead guilty to two counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery on the second day of trial in Criminal Court Div 1 on Aug 31, 2021.
Rivera was sentenced to 8 years in prison, and will be required to register as a sex offender upon release.
Rivera was originally taken into custody on March 25, 2019 following a grand jury indictment.
