The days could be so long.
Heartbreak, rainy, cold, sweltering hot, long shifts.
But the years? They flew by.
How did those years happen so fast?
Who stole the time?

I’ve yet to meet a retired employee who would go back and change a thing about their path. From our civilian employees, to corrections and law enforcement … each one of these retirees gave their all, unselfishly to help others!

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office salutes our most recent retirees.
Thank you for faithfully serving our community. And thank you for loving and linking arms and serving with your brothers and sisters in law enforcement through all of the adversities and changes through the years.

We will all be eternally grateful for you.
Now. Go get get after your next chapter. God knows you deserve it.

Godspeed friends…
