On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, a traffic stop for speeding violation results in the arrest of three individuals, and various narcotics, drug paraphernalia and cash seized. The incident occurred just after noon on I-40 near Asheville Highway.
Approximately 304.3 grams of a crystal like substance believed to be meth, a total of $500.00 dollars of counterfeit 100 dollar bills, and a total of $2,084.00 dollars in US Currency were seized.
Additionally, syringes, baggies, scales, a glass pipe, and black box were also seized.
