Knox County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit with the assistance of The Alcoa Police Department has charged two adults in the Road Rage Shooting that occurred in the Karns Community Tuesday afternoon. Marcus Watts was charged with Attempted First Degree Murder, and Christopher Sentell was charged with Accessory After the Fact and Reckless Driving. The investigation is led by KCSO’s Major Crimes Unit.
