The Knox County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call for two individuals with gun shot wounds this morning after 2:30am to the 11000 block of Outlet Drive in West Knox County. When Officers arrived they discovered two individuals with gun shot wounds. Both were transported by AMR for treatment.
Major Crimes Detectives were called in to investigate, and will lead the investigation which is in the preliminary stages. However, the initial investigation reveals both parties were shooting at one another, and no suspect(s) are believed to be outstanding at this time.
Both remain hospitalized in critical but stable condition.
